Please note that we cannot guarantee that all customers will be entitled to a refund, and refunds will be made at our sole discretion. Once approved, the refunded amount may take up to 10 business days to reflect on the customer's bank statement and will be processed using the same payment method employed in the initial transaction.

Delivery

Once your payment is successfully processed, your digital products will be promptly delivered to your email, allowing you to download them directly to your device. Our aim is to get these items to you within 24 hours. If you do not receive them within this timeframe, please feel free to contact us. We will investigate the matter and take the required actions to address it.

Cancellation Policy
